Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
Sort, scan, and label packages and freight
Move materials using pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse equipment
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
Maintain a clean and organized dock area
Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable working on your feet in a physically active environment
Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (dock is partially outdoors)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer or scanner skills a plus
